Just west of Ocean Beach, Summer Club is a tiny Fire Island community with a long tradition of keeping things simple. Its quiet streets and close-knit atmosphere stand in contrast to the bustle of the island's bigger villages just down the beach. For those who like their Fire Island a little quieter, Summer Club has plenty of charm.
Handcrafted from 10oz duck canvas with a muslin backing. Each flag is lightly waxed for a vintage, timeworn look and finished with brass grommets aged in the waters of the Atlantic.
Each flag is printed, sewn, and finished by hand, so no two are exactly alike. Variations in print density, seam alignment, and wax coverage are natural and should be considered part of the character of the piece.
