PREORDERS & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Certain products may be sold as preorder or made-to-order items.

Estimated ship dates are approximate and subject to change due to manufacturing delays, supply chain disruptions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and accept that fulfillment timelines may change.

Orders containing preorder items may ship only once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

All preorder sales are final unless otherwise specified.

PRICING & BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, or abuse of promotions.

If your payment method is declined or reversed after shipment, you remain responsible for the full amount owed.

SHIPPING

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, POINTS EAST is not responsible for delays, lost packages, theft, or carrier-related issues.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the limited nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges may be offered at our discretion based on available inventory.

Requests regarding damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photographic proof.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — including artwork, graphics, logos, photography, product designs, written content, and branding — is the property of POINTS EAST and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without written permission.
